-White Rice 50 G or wheat 1-2 medium size. (64 Cal)
-Green Vegetables (Cucumber , Peas, Broccoli) 50*2=100G (100 Cal)
Meal 4 (SNACK) (04:00 PM)
Fruits (50KG*1= 50G)
